Our Training Series—Offering Continuing Education Units

Many supervisors are employees whose great work and seniority earned them promotion into management positions without formal trainings of state, federal, and local management laws, or how to manage teams. This training has been sought after by over 10 municipalities who recognized their new supervisors needed clearer roadmaps for success. It is a 2-3 hour training customized for your municipality and departments, and ideal for newly promoted supervisors and well as long-time supervisors looking to gain fresh perspectives and check their expertise.

In partnership with the NJ League of Municipalities, we are offering a one-of-a-kind Municipal Management Training Workshop. Launched in 2024, this series prepares all municipal leaders to succeed by knowing the key components of government.

Our inaugural our series consisted of 25 trainings, but we’ve continued to refine it for efficiency, and the 2025 series will be 16 trainings (four series of four interconnected trainings), offered a la carte: attend one class, one series or all 16 and receive discounts for additional municipal employees who attend.
