Municipal Management Trainings—Continuing Education Units
In partnership with the NJ League of Municipalities, we are offering a one-of-a-kind Municipal Management Training Workshop. Launched in 2024, this series prepares all municipal leaders to succeed by knowing the key components of government.
Our inaugural our series consisted of 25 trainings, but we’ve continued to refine it for efficiency, and the 2025 series will be 16 trainings (four series of four interconnected trainings), offered a la carte: attend one class, one series or all 16 and receive discounts for additional municipal employees who attend. Essentials of Municipal Management
Department and Workforce Management
HR Management
Financial Management
All trainings offer Continuing Education Units. We can also tailor a custom package for towns wishing to hold classes at your own location.
For each of these 16 trainings, registration is available by the day, by the series, or for all workshops, so if your team has expertise in all but—say, Financial Management, or all but one aspect of Financial Management—you can attend a la carte. Workshops will be held in three-hour sessions at locations in Burlington and Bergen County.
